Bausch + Lomb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Therapeutic Area Partner to drive pharmaceutical sales, engage healthcare professionals, and deliver value to patients through innovative healthcare solutions.

You will build territory plans, manage KOLs, collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial leadership, and ensure compliant, high-impact promotion across Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within the UAE market.
• Proven experience engaging with specialists, physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Experience in Key Account Management with government, private sector, and institutional customers.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and customer engagement.
• Promote the pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including specialists, physicians, pharmacists, hospitals and institutions.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing, medical, regulatory, and access efforts.
