Amgen in Dubai seeks a District Promotion Manager to lead a field sales team, drive revenue growth, and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategy. You will collaborate with brand and regional partners to optimize engagement and patient access.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE, strong leadership, CRM/MS Office skills, and residency in Dubai. Fluency in English is essential; 2+ years of people management in the UAE or Gulf region is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of people management experience in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Experience in managing sales teams is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems, including CRM databases and MS Office.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Possession of relevant local legal qualifications.
• Residency in Dubai, UAE.
