Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a capable entry-level team member to support daily departmental tasks across functions in Dubai. You will follow SOPs, assist with record-keeping, and help maintain quality and hygiene standards, including ISO 9001:2008 compliance.

Basic English communication and numeracy are essential. No prior experience required; training will be provided to develop multi-tasking abilities, data entry, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely

Qualifications

• Higher School Certificate required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to communicate in basic English, perform basic math, and use a PC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily departmental tasks and provide support across functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Observe and promptly report operational, procedural, or quality-related issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Follow all SOPs, safety, hygiene, quality standards (ISO 9001:2008), and company policies, including uniform, hygiene, and professional behaviour.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and in accordance with departmental requirements.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, or logs as directed to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Share relevant information between team members, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Safely operate basic tools, machinery, or systems as instructed, adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Complete tasks within expected timelines and contribute to departmental efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members, assisting them when required and demonstrate a cooperative attitude to achieve departmental goals.
