Job summary

Alpha Flight Services UAE.LLC is seeking a diligent team member to assemble airline catering carts, trays, beverages and ancillary items according to airline specifications and loading sheets.

You will ensure all catering equipment and supplies are packed and ready for dispatch within tight timelines, perform quality checks, and support loading and offloading while maintaining food safety standards. A High School Certificate is required and flexibility for shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of English (spoken and written).
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and handling catering equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately assemble catering orders according to airline specifications.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble airline catering carts meal trays beverages and ancillary items according to airline specifications and loading sheets
• Ensure all catering equipment food items and supplies are complete correctly packed and ready for dispatch within the required timelines
• Perform quality and quantity checks on catering items before loading to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Assist in preparing catering equipment for outbound and inbound flights
• Support loading and offloading activities while maintaining product integrity and food safety standards
• Handle catering equipment carefully to prevent damage and minimize losses
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of operational workstations storage areas and equipment
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures SOPs airline specifications HACCP requirements and food safety regulations
• Support operational requirements during peak periods and flight disruptions
• Adhere to all aviation security procedures and company safety policies
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the supervisor
