Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking a capable supervisor to control daily operational activities in Flight Operations, coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and the workforce to ensure efficient, safe catering services that meet the highest standards.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, with Six Sigma/Logistics certifications preferred, and about 5 years of experience including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Certifications/Licensure related to Six Sigma, Logistics, or Supply Chain are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, motivate and counsel to meet objectives.
• Liaise with airline representatives regarding catering uplift and service requests.
• Prepare catering order forms and forward to relevant sections.
• Ensure loading/offloading procedures follow policy and security standards.
• Conduct spot-checks to ensure food and equipment meet airline standards.
• Complete checklists and sign them off before Accounts processing.
• Maintain high quality service while controlling costs and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement corrective actions from incidents and ensure safety procedures.
