Job summary

We One FZE is seeking an Operations Support professional in the UAE to plan and coordinate staff deployments and ensure SOP compliance. The role requires coordinating annual leave, liaising with teams, and maintaining accurate records.

The candidate should have 2+ years in operations support within manpower or related industries, strong database skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Arabic language is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operation support in manpower industry.
• Experience with databases and computer applications; proficient in MS Office.
• Arabic speaker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize staff requirements to meet operational needs per SOPs; coordinate annual leave scheduling; liaise with teams.
• Act as primary contact for customer issues related to deployment quality and incidents.
• Assist projects by creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues, and coordinating internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and verify time/attendance records; produce monthly inter-departmental reports; maintain operations documents.
