Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a General Operations Support professional to assist Services operations with daily coordination, data accuracy, and timely reporting.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders, parts, repairs, invoicing, and billing, ensuring alignment with business commitments and customer expectations. The role emphasizes data integrity and efficient workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in operations support, supply chain, order management, finance support, or administrative roles.
• Understanding of purchase order processes, invoicing, and billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP or business operating systems is advantageous.
