Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking an Order Handling Executive to manage customer orders from PO receipt to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Accounts to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires 2–4 years of order handling and supply chain coordination, hands-on PO management with international suppliers, and strong ERP skills. Candidates must reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of order handling and supply chain coordination experience.
• Hands-on management of purchase orders and international suppliers.
• ERP system data maintenance and records keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Accounts to process orders accurately.
• Handle PO receipt, supplier coordination, documentation, and shipment preparation through to delivery and closure.
