Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Specialist to manage international trade, shipping, logistics and commodity operations, ensuring accurate export documentation and smooth delivery.

You will coordinate with customers and vendors, handle LC/SWIFT trade finance docs, leverage SAP or JULES ERP, and provide timely Excel reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in international trade, shipping, logistics, or commodity operations.
Strong knowledge of export documentation (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
Familiarity with LC, SWIFT, CAD and trade finance documentation.
Experience with SAP or JULES or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of shipment tracking, container coordination and delivery follow-up.
Experience in customer/vendor KYC and documentation.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
