Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Sales Administrator to oversee daily sales operations, coordinate with global partners, and ensure efficient supply chain and warehouse processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, expert Excel data analysis, hands-on ERP experience (preferably SAP By Design), and collaboration with cross-functional teams across countries. On-site in Dubai, UAE, with logistics and inventory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales administration, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business By Design.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and 3PL coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders and invoices accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on customer requirements and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with Global Distributors and Sales Partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare purchase orders for in-house transactions.
• Work with Supply Chain and Production Teams in France on inventory planning and replenishment.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for shipments.
• Ensure smooth logistics and shipping coordination to meet global delivery timelines.
• Monitor stock levels with 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Utilize SAP By Design or similar ERP systems for data management and reporting.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
