Job summary

ZF Group in Dubai is seeking an Operations support executive to strengthen our operations team and ensure smooth purchasing and logistics workflows.

You will handle inquiries, place local purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare performance reports to support decision-making within our supply chain. Fluent English and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Emirati with family book – must have.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer facing skills.

About the team:

The Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and processes across the organization. Comprising Purchasing, Logistics, warehousing & Quality functions, the team works collaboratively to secure reliable supply sources, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery to customers while supporting business objectives.

What you could expect as an Operations support executive:

• Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), APICS (Supply Chain Certification), Lean Six Sigma (for quality/process improvement) will be an advantage
