Job summary

Location Solutions Telemetics LLC seeks a hands-on operations professional to keep stock accurate, keep orders moving, and ensure on-schedule delivery. You will lead stock management and daily operations while driving continuous improvement and reliable ERP-driven reporting.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in operations with hands-on inventory control, strong ERP/Excel skills, and a proven track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of operations experience with hands-on stock or inventory management.
• Strong ERP/inventory systems knowledge; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven process-improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus).
• Willing to work long hours and flexible shifts.
• Fluent English; Arabic and UAE driving licence are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Own stock receiving, put-away, issuing, transfers and returns; run cycle counts and stock takes; investigate variances; keep ERP records accurate.
• Coordinate orders, dispatch and deliveries with sales, procurement, projects and finance; manage suppliers and logistics partners; track jobs end to end and clear blockers.
• Map workflows, remove delays and rework; write and maintain SOPs; measure impact of changes.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on stock accuracy and order status; keep audit trails, approvals and HSE standards in order.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock management: own receiving, put-away, issuing, transfers and returns; run cycle counts and stock takes; investigate and close variances; keep ERP records accurate and up to date.
• Daily operations: coordinate orders, dispatch and deliveries with sales, procurement, projects and finance; manage suppliers and logistics partners; track jobs end to end and clear blockers.
• Continuous improvement: map workflows, remove delays and rework, write and maintain SOPs, and use data to measure the impact of every change.
• Reporting and compliance: produce weekly and monthly reports on stock accuracy and order status; keep audit trails, approvals and HSE standards in order

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of operations experience, including hands-on stock or inventory management and prior experienceleading or mentoring others.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP or inventory systems; advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• A proven record of process improvement, with clear examples of measurable results (Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus).
• Willing and able to work long hours and flexible shifts when the business needs it.
• Fluent English; Arabic and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.
