Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC (EEF) in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join its fast-paced Supply Chain Department at the National Industries Park, Jebel Ali. This on-site role requires hands-on experience in logistics, inventory control, and supplier coordination.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in supply chain, and familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate supplier delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Prepare shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with month-end stock counts.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management.
• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC (EEF) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join its Supply Chain Department at its National Industries Park facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

This full-time, on‑site role is ideal for professionals with experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate supplier delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation carriers.
• Prepare shipping, customs, and logistics documentation accurately.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with month‑end stock counts.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management.
• Support efficient day‑to‑day supply chain and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
