Job summary

Al Burhani General Trading LLC is seeking a highly experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day company operations across all departments in Dubai. You will drive structure, accountability, planning and performance management, working with department heads to implement plans and improve efficiency, profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of UAE experience in operations management.
• Experience in flooring, interior fit-out, joinery, construction or similar project-based industry.
• Strong planning, reporting, follow-up, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operations across Sales, Projects, Installation, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and HR.
• Collect and review weekly and monthly reports from all departments and present consolidated reports to management.
• Conduct regular weekly and monthly meetings with department heads to review performance and priorities.
• Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly operational planners, action trackers, and deadlines.
• Follow up with department heads to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor cross-department activities to ensure smooth coordination.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks and ensure timely solutions.
• Track KPIs and report key issues to management.
• Develop and improve operational procedures and reporting systems.
• Provide management with updates, analysis, recommendations, and action plans.

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company across all departments The role requires a strong operational leader who can bring structure accountability planning coordination and performance management across the organization The successful candidate will work closely with department heads review their performance and plans identify operational gaps and provide management with clear and timely reports recommendations and action plans This is a senior management-level operational role requiring strong leadership decision-making follow-up problem-solving planning and cross-department coordination skills The ideal candidate must be capable of taking ownership of operations ensuring departments work according to agreed plans and deadlines and driving the organization toward improved efficiency profitability productivity and customer satisfaction

• Oversee and coordinate operations across Sales, Projects, Installation, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and HR.
• Collect and review weekly and monthly reports from all departments and present consolidated reports to management.
• Conduct regular weekly and monthly meetings with department heads to review performance, pending work, priorities, and challenges.
• Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly operational planners, action trackers, project priorities, and deadlines.
• Follow up with department heads to ensure tasks and commitments are completed on time.
• Monitor project, production, installation, procurement, warehouse, and delivery activities to ensure smooth coordination.
• Identify operational delays, bottlenecks, manpower requirements, and interdepartmental issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Track departmental KPIs, targets, productivity, and performance and report key issues to management.
• Ensure management decisions are communicated properly and implemented by the relevant departments.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, reporting systems, workflows, and accountability processes.
• Handle major operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams until proper closure.
• Provide management with clear updates, analysis, recommendations, and action plans, not just reports.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of UAE experience in operations management.
• Experience in flooring, interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or a similar project-based industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple departments and working with senior management.
• Excellent planning, reporting, follow-up, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and management reporting skills.
• Must be confident, highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking ownership and holding teams accountable.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
