Job summary

Happy Helpers in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to own daily operations and lead a growing team. You will manage 50 field staff, 3-5 Customer Support members, and 8-10 drivers, ensuring bookings, schedules, staff performance, client issues, and service quality are handled smoothly.

This is an office-based leadership role, not fieldwork. Candidates should have 2-6 years UAE experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years UAE experience mandatory
• Previous operations supervision or people-management experience mandatory
• Experience managing Filipino/Tagalog-speaking staff preferred
• Experience in domestic staffing or related service businesses is an advantage

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-6 years UAE experience - Mandatory.
• Previous operations, supervision or people-management experience - Mandatory.
• Experience managing Filipino/Tagalog-speaking staff is strongly preferred.
• Experience in domestic staffing, nanny/babysitting, housekeeping, hospitality or similar service businesses is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Firm but fair, mature and confident.
• Able to make decisions, handle pressure and take ownership.
• Tagalog + good English strongly preferred.
