AW Connect in Dubai seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee project delivery, quality and team performance across interior contracting. You will lead projects from award to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to high standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage design, project management and specialist delivery teams, drive financial control, coordinate with accounting for payments, and maintain strong client relationships while resolving issues

Competenze

• At least 12 years of experience in UAE fit-out or interior contracting.
• At least five years of experience leading project management and design teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and develop designers, architects, project managers, site supervisors and specialist teams.
• Verify progress against contract milestones to support accurate client invoicing.

An established business in the interiors and property improvement sector is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee project delivery, quality and team performance.

The Role

You will lead projects from contract award through to final handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees design, project management and specialist delivery teams.
