The role requires a UAE-based candidate with 3–5 years in facilities management or cleaning services, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (Facilities Management, Administration, or Operations).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in FM, Cleaning Services or Maintenance.
• Experience supervising field operations and blue-collar teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive FM Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cleaning Maintenance Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or maintenance operations with strong leadership and team-management skills within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Plan daily schedules, manpower allocation, shifts and task assignments
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with company standards and client requirements
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor service quality and compliance
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline and overall performance
• Train, coach and motivate operational staff to improve service standards
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the proper use of cleaning materials, tools and equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers for operational requirements and consumables
• Respond promptly to client requests, complaints and operational issues
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Client Service Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular client visits and service quality reviews
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with management to ensure contractual service obligations are met
• Support the mobilization of new projects and service locations

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Maintain accurate attendance records, site inspection reports and performance evaluations
• Monitor operational costs and resource utilization
• Assist management with workforce planning and operational improvements
• Coordinate with the HR, Administration and Accounts departments regarding operational requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, Maintenance Services, or a related industry.
• Experience supervising blue-coloured workforces and field operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of cleaning methodologies, maintenance operations, and UAE health & safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize operational activities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing residential, commercial, or hospitality facilities.
• Ability to lead operational teams while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong client relationship and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using facilities management software is an advantage.
