Job summary

Home Figures LLC in Dubai is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate between carpentry, painting, upholstery and installation teams, and ensure timely procurement and reporting. The role requires UAE driving licence and 2–3 years of related experience, with a strong focus on quality, safety and documentation.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with suppliers, monitor progress, and support the operations team to ensure on-time project

Qualifications

• UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of site measurements, materials, and interior/furniture production.
• Ability to prepare order lists, BOQs, and follow up with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
