Job summary

Home Figures LLC in Dubai is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate between carpentry, painting, upholstery and installation teams, and ensure timely procurement and reporting. The role requires UAE driving licence and 2–3 years of related experience, with a strong focus on quality, safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of site measurements, materials, and interior/furniture production.
• Ability to prepare order lists, BOQs, and follow up with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare detailed reports.
• Create material order lists and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
• Coordinate between carpentry paint upholstery and installation teams.
• Prepare and manage work schedules timelines and task allocations.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure all tasks meet company standards.
• Handle client updates site issues and operational requirements professionally.
• Ensure smooth workflow from project start to final handover.
• Maintain proper documentation reports and daily updates.
• Ensure safety cleanliness and discipline at the site.
• Support operations team with any additional tasks as required.
