Job summary

Cyfr is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead fit-out projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will be fully responsible for the site: organizing the construction process, coordinating all stakeholders, controlling timelines and quality, and delivering works to client requirements.

The role requires UAE fit-out experience and hands-on supervision of subcontractors and site teams to meet project documentation and schedule, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Site Manager/Project Supervisor in construction or fit-out.
• 2+ years managing sites in the UAE.
• Strong coordination of subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of construction processes and quality control methods.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Fit-out project experience is a strong advantage
• Practical experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Knowledge of construction processes and quality control methods
• Ability to work with drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Technical supervision and site organization skills
• UAE driving licence strongly preferred
• High level of English is a major advantage
• Ready to work in an intensive environment and own project outcomes
