Job summary

ML - Manpower in the UAE seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily site and camp operations, ensuring smooth functioning, discipline, and compliance with camp rules and company policies.

You will manage camp accommodation, hygiene and welfare, coordinating workforce transportation with drivers and vendors, supporting site supervisors, and producing daily and weekly reports for management, all while staying full-time on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Camp Supervisor in the UAE.
• Mandatory prior UAE experience in site or manpower-based operations.
• Hands-on experience in camp management and transportation handling.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to stay full-time at the site camp.
