Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily transport operations, ensuring efficient route planning and on-time deliveries. You will manage fleet maintenance, driver performance, and regulatory compliance to maximize asset utilization and safety.

This role requires 3–5 years in transport or logistics operations, with a strong track record of coordinating fleets, routes, and 3PL partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in transport or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of managing fleet operations and driver teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
