Job summary

BardWood Management Consultancy L.L.C, based in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Centre. The role blends operations coordination with end-to-end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring live operations, handling escalations, coordinating field teams, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing candidate pipelines, with visa and health insurance provided as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in operations, recruitment, customer service, or control room environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live operational activity across multiple contracts and sectors.
• Handle incidents, welfare concerns, and operational escalations.
• Manage employee book-ons and attendance compliance.
• Coordinate with security officers and operational deployments.
• Respond to high volumes of operational calls, emails, and requests.
• Maintain incident logs, reports, and audit records.
• Liaise with managers, clients, and field operatives.
• Support business continuity and service delivery standards.
• Prioritise tasks within a fast-paced control room environment.
• Support operational compliance, KPIs, and automation processes.
