The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Centre. This role combines operational coordination responsibilities with end-to-end recruitment and screening support.
The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced environment, supporting live operations, handling escalations, coordinating field teams, and assisting with recruitment activities including sourcing, screening (BGV), and candidate management.
Responsibilities:
Operations Responsibilities:
- Monitor live operational activity across multiple contracts and sectors.
- Handle incidents, welfare concerns, and operational escalations.
- Manage employee book-ons and attendance compliance.
- Coordinate with security officers and operational deployments.
- Respond to high volumes of operational calls, emails, and requests.
- Maintain incident logs, reports, and audit records.
- Liaise with managers, clients, and field operatives.
- Support business continuity and service delivery standards.
- Prioritise tasks within a fast-paced control room environment.
- Support operational compliance, KPIs, and automation processes.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for operational and support roles.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure to complete verbal screening of the shortlisted candidates and complete the documentation process.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
