Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Customer Support, Operations, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve SOPs for the support function.
• Maintain dashboards and daily operational reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Identify gaps in tooling and support testing/implementation of enhancements.
