Job summary

HRM Recruitment LLC Dubai is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Recruiter Customer Service Executive to join our team. Based in Dubai, you will make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients, promote our recruitment and manpower solutions, generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.

You will follow up with prospects, convert opportunities into business, and coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Target-oriented, proactive and motivated to generate leads.
• Recruitment/manpower industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Promote HRM’s recruitment and manpower solutions.
• Generate new business leads and develop client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
