Job summary

Justlife Home Services is seeking an Operations Support Executive to keep bookings on track and customers informed across the UAE. The role sits between customers, partners, and crews, solving problems that block delivery and lifting completion rates.

It’s a hands-on, problem‑solving position that requires situational awareness and proactive communication. Initial in-office training is followed by a hybrid schedule with regular in-office days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer support role, preferably in an operations-heavy business.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu to communicate with partners and crews.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Based in the UAE with training in-office for 5 days, then weekly in office.
• Computer literate and comfortable using spreadsheets and a CRM.
• Available to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between customers and partners/crews to keep both sides aligned.
• Help crews and partners improve day-to-day operations.
• Resolve problems so crews and partners fulfil their jobs on time, driving a higher completion rate.
• Help reduce fulfilment errors.
• Drive partner and crew-level initiatives, such as document updates and data collection.
