Job summary

Confidential Careers in the UAE seeks a hands-on Supervisor – Workforce Mobilization to coordinate workforce mobilization and ensure fleet, drivers, and supervisors readiness in line with service schedules and operational plans.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Fleet, and other stakeholders to secure the right people and resources, monitor readiness and deployments, and drive continuous improvement in mobilization processes for large-scale mobility operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce mobilization and related operations.
• Strong experience in transportation, mobility, fleet operations or large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate deployment and readiness of a large workforce including drivers and supervisors.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning, deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workforce mobilization, deployment, transfer, and demobilization activities.
• Ensure readiness and timely deployment of fleet, drivers, and supervisors in line with requirements.
• Coordinate manpower with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Fleet and other stakeholders.
• Maintain workforce deployment records and reports; monitor mobilization performance.
