Job summary

A Dubai-based, well-organized company is seeking a Transport Officer to coordinate daily transportation activities, manage vehicle operations, and support efficient movement of staff, materials, and deliveries.

You will monitor schedules, liaise with drivers, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies, while collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, or operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and transportation procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor vehicle movements, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, documentation, and assigned duties.
• Handle transportation-related issues and arrange timely solutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly transport reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
