You will manage airport transfers, vehicle allocation, and accommodation bookings, coordinating with Travel and Personnel Logistics to align schedules and mobilization plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school with 3+ years admin experience (essential).
• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin/logistics (preferred).
• IATA or travel industry accreditation (preferred).
• Certification in Travel Management Systems or similar (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew ground transport between airports, offshore bases, and operation sites.
• Manage and supervise daily driver activities, vehicle allocation and trip scheduling.
• Arrange additional vehicles from approved vendors to meet demand and respond to changes.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings and ensure timely check-ins/outs per mobilisation plans.
• Liaise with Travel Coordinator to align arrivals/departures and accommodation readiness.
• Escalate mobilisation risks to Operations Team Leader and ensure regulator compliance.
