About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Long-Term Rentals to oversee the overall performance of our LTR function.
The role will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other supporting functions, ensuring that all departments work together effectively to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with excellent commercial and operational understanding, capable of driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the LTR business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance and day-to-day functioning of the LTR business.
• Lead and coordinate teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other relevant functions.
• Set clear KPIs and ensure teams achieve their performance and business targets.
• Monitor revenue, costs, fleet utilisation, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
• Work closely with department leads to identify issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall service quality.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional and customer-related issues.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in operations, car rental, mobility, automotive, fleet management, or a similar industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to understand business performance and KPIs.
• Experience in managing budgets, costs, revenue, and operational performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
• UAE experience in car rental, mobility, automotive, or fleet management is highly preferred.
