Job summary

Udrive in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Long-Term Rentals to oversee the LTR function, coordinating Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to drive performance and service quality. The role requires strong leadership and an ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced mobility environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in operations or mobility, excellent budgeting, analytical mindset, and a track record of improving processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business/related field is required.
• 6–8+ years of operations/ mobility/ fleet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of the LTR business.
• Lead and coordinate Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and other functions.
• Set clear KPIs and ensure team targets are met.
• Monitor revenue, costs, fleet utilisation, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leads to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and service quality.
• Identify cost optimisations and revenue growth opportunities.
• Handle escalations and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Lead and develop teams with accountability and high performance.
