Job summary

Priority One Holding in the UAE seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee facilities, hotels, camps, beach schools, and properties, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.

You will lead budget planning, implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and drive cost efficiencies while managing diverse teams. Health & safety, audits, and client satisfaction are key metrics for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management.
• Experience managing budgets with focus on cost reduction.
• Lean Management or Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient running of all operations across assigned facilities, hotels, camps, beach schools, and properties, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and upheld.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operating procedures, policies, and standards across all facilities to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects including maintenance, upgrades, renovations, and capital improvements.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operational budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage all operational staff including recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE requirements, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain safe working environments, implement and monitor health and safety procedures, and manage incidents.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery across all facilities, maintaining high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular operational audits and site inspections to verify compliance with company standards.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, budget status, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is highly desirable, showcasing expertise in process optimization.
• Experience leading diverse teams with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
• Bilingual candidates preferred, with fluency in English and another language relevant to our global operations.
