Job summary

qlub is scaling its restaurant payments platform and seeks an Operations Executive in Dubai to own SoftPOS performance and partner success from day one. You will work with operators and partners to drive adoption, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, ensuring a smooth rollout across multiple markets.

In this fast-moving fintech environment, you will troubleshoot issues, train restaurant staff, and coordinate with Strategy and Support teams to optimize the partner experience and drive growth for

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B/tech operations.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track performance of restaurant partners going live on SoftPOS.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for restaurant staff.
• Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for partners.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Support and Tech teams to resolve issues.
