Job summary

qlub is rapidly scaling its SoftPOS revamp and seeks a Product Intern to sit at the centre of discovery. You will engage with merchants, restaurant staff, and diners, turning research into insights that shape the next version of the product.

You’ll explore the market, competition, and user needs, then translate learnings into clear product direction. Ideal candidates are curious, communicative, and ready to own outputs.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated with, a degree in business, product, design, engineering, or a related field.
• A structured approach to research: you can scope it, run it, and explain what the findings mean.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• User research to understand how SoftPOS is used today and surface pain points.
• Market research to track SoftPOS directions and drivers of change.
• Competitive benchmarking against relevant competitors across features, UX, and payment experience.
• Gap analysis to identify opportunities for the new version.
• Product revamp support to translate findings into actionable insights and UX direction.
