Job summary

qlub is scaling rapidly across markets and seeks an Operations Executive to drive onboarding and post-launch success for restaurant partners. You will own performance tracking, training delivery, and on-ground support to maximize adoption of the Smart Integrated Terminal (SoftPOS) and ensure a smooth partner journey.

You will work with Strategy, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to resolve issues, push engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes for partners and their customers.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license and access to a car are required.
• 1-3 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B/tech operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging restaurant staff and, occasionally, decision-makers.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with performance data and building reports.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple portfolios/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Track performance of restaurant partners going live on Qlub's SoftPOS in collaboration with Strategy.
• Monitor adoption rates, transaction volume, and usage trends across accounts regularly.
• Identify risks (usage drop, non-adoption, device issues) for action by the Strategy team.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions with restaurant staff to strengthen usage of the Smart Terminal.
• Provide on-the-ground support and retraining where adoption lags or device usage errors are found.
• Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate with Tech/Support as needed.
