Job summary

qlub is hiring an Operations Executive to drive growth with restaurant partners and oversee the onboarding journey for new partners. You will train staff on the Smart Integrated Terminal (SoftPOS), troubleshoot on-site issues, and engage with operators to maximize adoption and satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to monitor performance, share insights, and ensure smooth rollouts across markets. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B/tech operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging restaurant staff and decision-makers.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable working with performance data and building reports.

Responsibilities

• Track SoftPOS performance with the Strategy team and monitor adoption, usage, and risks.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions with restaurant staff to improve usage.
• Provide on-the-ground support and retraining where adoption lags; troubleshoot device issues with Tech/Support as needed.
• Maintain weekly internal and monthly restaurant vendor performance reports; surface insights to strategy.
