Amazon Now operations is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage end-to-end store operations and delivery service partners across the last mile in the UAE. You will drive performance, training, safety, and metrics while standing in for the Area Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end operations daily for one large site or several small sites.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while controlling costs and upholding safety and morale.
• Driving performance management and training plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the operations process and attain performance gains.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
