Job summary

AGAPI Technologies is seeking an Operations Leader who will manage staff housing and office facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure high standards, safety, and efficiency across all sites in a structured corporate setting.

The role requires strong budget control, vendor management, and people leadership, with a focus on quality and compliance. English fluency and proficiency with ERP or ticketing tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in operations or facilities management.
• Experience with budget control, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations or large employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and ongoing operation of the staff accommodation building.
• Establish SOPs, house rules, service standards, inspection checklists, and reporting.
• Oversee room allocation, check-in/out, transfers, and asset handovers.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, inspected, and maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, laundry, pest control, waste.
• Coordinate with HR on arrivals, transfers, and accommodation concerns.
• Handle escalated complaints and emergency situations promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain accommodation standards.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and drive practical improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Keep workspaces clean, safe, and well-organized; manage utilities and supplies.
• Coordinate moves, seating, space planning, and fit-out activities.
• Support workplace health, safety, fire prevention, and emergency readiness.
• Lead team, assign tasks, and monitor performance; recruit or coach as needed.
• Manage vendors, review quotes, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs; ensure compliance with policies.
