Job summary

AGAPI Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible, and automate deployment using Docker and Kubernetes. You will monitor systems, enforce security practices, and collaborate across teams to improve reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates have strong scripting skills (Python/Bash), hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI, plus monitoring stacks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or a related field.
• Proven DevOps experience with software development and operations.
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash and IaC proficiency.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and operations to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Automate deployment and scaling with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability; plan disaster recovery.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Enforce security best practices: vulnerability scanning, access control, encryption.
• Troubleshoot issues; drive improvements for reliability and speed.
• Stay current with DevOps/cloud trends and evangelize best practices.
