Job summary

AGAPI Technologies in Dubai seeks an Account Payable Specialist (Vietnamese speaker) to manage supplier invoices, verify payment requests, and ensure IFRS-aligned accounting.

You will maintain vendor data, coordinate with banks and auditors, prepare month-end schedules, and support budgeting. Requires bachelor’s in finance & accounting and at least 4 years in AP/GA accounting, with ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years experience in AP Accountant/ GA Accountant.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and ERP systems/ accounting software (Oracle, SAP,...)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Collect payment requests from related departments and verify payment documents.
• Verify all T&E and other expense claims with accuracy.
• Manage debt from designated suppliers and maintain vendor master data.
• Prepare month-end schedules for accounting accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
• Work with banks, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
