Job summary

Excellerate is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to deliver facilities management services at the site, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and client requirements while maintaining adherence to budget and service standards.

The role drives operational planning, manages contractors, and ensures timely financial reporting. English fluency and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering are required, with 3–5 years FM experience and strong budget control capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) delivery and operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) required.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong financial acumen, including raising Purchase Orders (POs) and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for FM standards and delivery of IFM Services contract through KPI's/SLA's.
• Manages, oversees and/or assigns repair and maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors for building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
• Responsible for all financial costs and controls for the site.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all monthly financial reports.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remit.
• Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
• Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and recognised FM best practices.
