Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage UAE last mile operations, drive DSP performance, and maintain safety and service standards.

You will supervise dispatch, partner with DSPs, implement training plans, and perform 4M/5S audits while solving problems under pressure. The role requires strong Excel/analytical skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate associates/team members.
• Strong execution skills and action-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
• Good people management and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers. You will ensure delivery performance and DSP on the road operations and safety.
