JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:We are looking for a practical and organized Operations Executive with experience in window cleaning, snagging, or facility services. The candidate will manage daily schedules, organize field teams, coordinate with clients, and make operational decisions to ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage daily and weekly work schedules. Assign cleaners, technicians, and snagging staff to different projects. Build and organize reliable teams according to project requirements. Coordinate transportation, equipment, materials, and site access. Communicate with clients regarding schedules, job requirements, and progress. Conduct site visits and assess manpower, equipment, and safety requirements. Monitor team attendance, productivity, and quality of work. Handle urgent schedule changes and make day-to-day operational decisions. Ensure window-cleaning and snagging works meet company and client standards. Coordinate with supervisors to resolve site issues and client complaints. Prepare quotations, job reports, timesheets, and completion reports. Ensure teams follow health and safety procedures, especially when working at heights. Support the recruitment, training, and deployment of operational staff. Maintain proper records of projects, manpower, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

At least 5-8 years of UAE experience in window cleaning, snagging, cleaning services, or facility management. Good knowledge of window-cleaning operations, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures. Experience in snagging inspections and preparing snagging reports is preferred. Strong scheduling, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to make practical operational decisions independently. Good communication and client-handling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Valid UAE driving licence is preferred. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. Available to join immediately or within a short notice period. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, and capable of managing daily operations without requiring a senior management position.
