Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is hiring dedicated Cleaners to support a leading client. You will maintain cleanliness in offices, residential buildings or commercial premises, keeping environments tidy, sanitary and welcoming. This full-time role offers long-term employment through a reputable UAE recruitment firm.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year cleaning experience, are physically fit, can follow instructions, and are flexible for weekends or public holidays. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend and lift during shift.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Good hygiene and personal cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic communication skills (English or regional language such as Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends or public holidays.
• Must be present in the UAE or able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, mop and vacuum assigned areas (offices, buildings, restrooms).
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Wash windows, walls, and surfaces as required.
• Replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
