Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to plan manpower deployment across multiple sites and manage daily and monthly workloads. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in facility management or cleaning operations.
• Hands-on experience in general and specialized cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning machines, tools, chemicals.
• Experience in manpower scheduling and supervision.
• Ability to source additional manpower when required.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong English and Hindi/Urdu communication.
• Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and manage strong manpower deployment on a daily and monthly basis strong across multiple sites and projects
• Coordinate manpower for strong long-term contracts and short-term specialized cleaning projects strong ensuring optimal utilization within stipulated timelines
• Liaise with customers to ensure service quality site cleanliness and smooth operation of cleaning and stewarding staff
• Handle and resolve strong staff-related issues strong including attendance performance discipline overtime and shortages
• Manage sites involving strong specialized cleaning jobs strong including Marble polishing Sofa shampooing Carpet shampooing Deep cleaning and post-project cleaning
• Conduct strong site surveys strong understand customer requirements and prepare strong accurate quotations strong based on manpower consumables machines and operational costs
• Ensure quotations are prepared keeping strong manpower cost timelines and profitability strong in mind
• Coordinate sourcing of strong additional or temporary manpower strong during peak periods or urgent project requirements
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams on-site ensuring proper task allocation and coordination during staff shortages or overtime requirements
• Ensure jobs are completed strong within the agreed scope quality standards and timelines strong
• Train guide and monitor cleaning staff on strong standard operating procedures SOPs strong and correct use of cleaning chemicals tools and machines
• Ensure proper usage and handling of strong cleaning machines and equipment strong
• Maintain professional communication with clients internal teams and site staff at all times
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational procedures
• Prepare basic operational reports related to manpower deployment and site performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in facility management, cleaning operations, or site supervision.
• Strong hands-on experience in: General cleaning Deep cleaning Specialized cleaning services
• Good working knowledge of cleaning machines, tools, chemicals, and processes, including marble polishing and shampooing methods.
• Proven experience in manpower scheduling, coordination, and supervision on daily and monthly basis.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in site survey and quotation preparation is mandatory.
• Should have the ability to source or coordinate additional manpower when required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle staff issues, shortages, and operational challenges.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu (spoken and written).
• Customer-focused, professional, and well-organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
