This onsite role at Jumeirah Lakes Towers focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving tickets, and assisting with system upgrades, training, and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support, familiarity with Windows and Mac, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on technical assistance.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in providing user training on systems and security best practices.
• Monitor and maintain office networks and internet connectivity.
• Manage inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and elevate complex issues as needed.
