Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Dubai is seeking an IT Assistant to support daily IT operations and provide first-line technical help to staff on hardware, software, and networking.

This onsite role at Jumeirah Lakes Towers focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving tickets, and assisting with system upgrades, training, and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support, familiarity with Windows and Mac, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on technical assistance.

As an IT Assistant, you will support daily IT operations and provide technical support to our staff. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, helping maintain IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues for end-users across the business.

Responsibilities
