This onsite role in Jumeirah Lakes Towers involves collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must speak well and convey information clearly.
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Experience with CRM or call center software solutions.
• Background in customer service within the UAE market.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries complaints and support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our database using detailed and clear data entry.
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly performance targets set by the management.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with proper documentation.
• Provide concise and clear information about products services and processes to customers.
