Antal International L.L.C-FZ in the UAE seeks an Assistant HR Manager to lead HR operations for a 200+ workforce in Umm Al Quwain. The role is onsite with relocation willingness.

You will oversee payroll, visas, onboarding, performance management, and policy development while ensuring strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and corporate standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, visas and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regulatory documentation and licenses.
• Coordinate employee insurance and renewals with providers.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including payroll processing and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and company policies.
• Develop JD and KPIs with management and department heads.
• Address grievances and discipline according to policy and law.
• Oversee accommodation and travel arrangements for employees.
• Plan welfare programs and employee engagement activities.
• Drive HR policies, HRMS governance, and HR reporting.
